L&L Holding Company in a joint venture with Lubert-Adler renovated and re-leased a 352,000 square foot office building located at 114 5th Avenue, in Manhattan, New York, as part of a joint venture.

Building Details

Located in Manhattan's historic Flatiron district, the Building is an 18-story office building built in 1910. The masonry structure features prominent arched windows beneath an elaborate cornice design that originally housed the main offices for the California Perfume Company.

Recent tenants of the building include MasterCard International, Mashable and Bank of America. Joining these tenants in 2015 will be AKQA Corp., First Look Media, Gawker, Acxiom, Capital One and Lululemon. The property is 100% leased.

The Building's average floor size is 18,750 sq.ft, and houses six passenger elevators and one freight elevator.

114 Fifth Avenue is conveniently located between the 14th Street and Sixth Avenue New York subway station with access to the F, M and PATH trains, and Union Square, with N, Q, R, 4, 5, 6, and L train service.
